Harmeet has more than 30 years of experience in banking and real estate investment management, including 10 years of C-suite experience, most recently as CEO of Singapore-based Prime US REIT Management Pte. Ltd. and before that as CEO of Maybank’s securities and investment banking subsidiary in Singapore.
Prior to these roles, Harmeet was a Singapore-based investment banker (with a brief diversion to Hong Kong) with leading institutions such as JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and UBS, heading the regional corporate finance and M&A businesses at several of these firms, and being elevated to the position of Managing Director over 15 years ago.
Harmeet has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Bombay.

Himmat has over 25 years of experience in the real estate market spread across various asset classes.
Prior to co-founding Himmat & Rohini Singh LLP (which was born out of Touchstone Real Estate Advisors which he founded in 2005), Himmat worked at CBRE in New Delhi from 1997 to 1998 and from 2000 to 2003 in various roles ranging from brokerage, corporate real estate services, and consulting & valuation. He set up and headed CBRE’s investment services department in New Delhi in 2002.
Himmat has a Master of Science degree in Real Estate (Finance and Investment) from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Gillian Tay has been a part of the real estate industry for over 35 years, prior to which she had a career in the Arts & Fashion Industry. She specializes in Relocation, Sale & Leasing of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Properties & Investment Products. She is multilingual, being equally comfortable conversing in English, Mandarin and German – an ability that has given her a distinct advantage in meeting the leasing requirements of expatriates over the years.
Gillian has also resided intermittently on the Gold Coast of Australia enabling her to market luxury resort homes in prestigious locations such as Hope Island Resort, Oyster Cove, The Estuary, and Sanctuary Cove. Gillian is an active member of the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) and FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation.
Gillian has been a dedicated volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation Singapore since 2006 and has served on its board since 2014.

Thereafter, she set up and headed the residential department at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in New Delhi from 1999 to 2000.

Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Dipika had a highly successful career in advertising in India. She worked with some of the country's most prestigious advertising agencies, such as MullenLowe Lintas Group and Ogilvy & Mather, managing numerous marquis accounts including Unilever.
